Illusion knits and weavings
“It begins with paint running in loops on paper, and soon enough, patterns form, eventually the loops unravel, just like our plans, our tomorrows. It is in the dissonance and the breaks that we create our singular journeys. These illusions of knits and weavings were created with various media, from markers and pencils to watercolors and acrylics, woodcuts, thread, liquid concrete in street installations and even video animations illustrating sound as weavings.”
